Cox Sports Television announced in the fall of 2007, the debut of Varsity Zone, which features complete coverage of a variety of Rhode Island high school sports. Close to thirty games, including football, field hockey and boys' and girls' soccer, will be showcased on Varsity Zone this season.
In addition to complete game coverage, show highlights include showcasing a Player of the Game, athlete profiles and a salute to the host school. The Player of the Game will be posted on the Cox Sports Television website.
